Were either Julius II or Leo X were Medicis?

I would like to know if either Julius II or Leo X were Medici's. I am writing a paper on Machiavelli. I am primarly interested because Machiavelli wrote "The Prince" to the Medici ruling family. Thank you for any assitance you can provide.

Dwayne,

You may have already found the answer to your question. Julius II was not a Medici; his successor, Leo X, was (Leo being the second son of Lorenzo the Magnificent). Following Leo was Adrian VI; following Adrian was Clement VII (Leo's cousin and head of the Medici family at that time). Information supplied by NEW CATHOLIC ENCYCLOPEDIA.
