Hey! I installed TDL last night, double clicked on the icon, and presto! nothing happened! If I type the command at a DOS prompt, still nothing.

What have I done wrong?

This can happen if you haven't installed JRE (Sun's Java Runtime Environment). I've added a new help file to our web site, with troubleshooting information, at http://www.method.com/tdl/tdl-troubles.shtml.
