Here's my first question.

I'm waiting for my instructions as to when and where I'm going in S. Cal for my bone marrow sample. My question is just how painful is this procedure?

And now that I'm thinking about it... is this sample large enough so that if it turns out negative ( I'm hoping so!) can it be later used in any transplant procedures?
