cornell brtead recipe

I posted a message about cornell bread (complete protein) I'd found on the web. I've just discovered (sent for the book), that one ingredient was listed incorrectly. The 1 tsp. soy flour should have been 1 tbs. The recipe is for each cup flour called for in a recipe put 1 tsp. wheat germ, 1 tbs. soy flour (ground soybeans), and 1 tbs. non-fat milk powder in the measuring cup, then add the flour to equal 1 cup.
