Examples of Team Successes in Outside Sales

Recently, our company has moved from an individual incentive compensation plan to a team incentive compensation plan as SDWT. This change has of course produced anxieties over loss of potential individual compensation. What I am looking for are examples of sales forces that moved in this same direction and what successes (or failures) they had and how it effected compensation. Thanks in advance for your answers!
