I am the Project Manager for the only government accredited course in support of self managed teams (SMT) in Australia, the Certificates in Teamwork III & IV. These were jointly conceived by Holmesglen Institute of TAFE (Technical and Further Education) and Carlton and United Breweries in 1993.

Are there other similar courses designed solely for the support of SMT, elsewhere?
