Crew specific lifting plan?

I'm a 17 year old high school senior who has been lifting for several years. I'm looking for a crew-specific lifting plan, involving specific exercises, reps, sets, and number of times per week. Do you have one?

Dr. Stephen Seiler, PhD discusses "Specialized Strength Training for Rowers" (www.krs.hia.no/~stephens/rowstre.htm) in his Masters Athlete Physiology & Performance web site, aka The MAPP. He offers much discussion on this topic based on research, observation and personal experience. I think this will be a good starting point for you. Good Luck!
