I've seen all of the episodes from series 3 but only one of the shorts. We don't get MTV in Tasmania (in Australia) so there is little chance of seeing any repeats of it. Can I get the shorts (series 1 & 2) on video?

The First season of shorts are released in compilation on the first tape "Aeon Flux". Four episodes of the season season of shorts are also on this tape. The fifth episode is actually on two tapes. It was first released on "The best of liquid television" and is also on the third tape called "Operative Terminus".
