Found Excellent Y2K Survival Website--any others like this?

I recently found an excellent y2k survival website called Y2K Survive (www.y2ksurvive.com) that has a lot of information about y2k survival for people who don't know much about survival techniques. Does anyone know of any other sites with non-militia survival information?

Thanks George, hadn't seen that site yet!

Captain Dave's Survival Center is also a good site. He has a Y2K section, but also is a good resource for general self-sufficiency/survival issues. http://www.survival-center.com/

George, Another site with lots of information can be found at:

Someone else mentioned this site in an earlier post, and I found it to be very helpful.

Don't forget to look for sites that have information specific to skills you need, like gardening, animal husbandry, etc. in addition to general survival skills. Try getting a copy of WebFerret from www.ferretsoft.com; searches multiple search engines at once, making searching faster and easier.

And don't forget to print out the information and save it in your preparedness notebook so you don't lose access when the power goes out!

I have a web site devoted to the Y2k problem. I have made a survival/preparedness page with all sorts of links to preparing ideas and web sites about this topic.

Go to http://www.buzzbyte.com and click on the preparedness and self- sufficiency link (first link on that page).

I have garnered a lot of links here. I try to keep it updated often. If anyone has any link that they think should be here, let me know. Good luck.
