FS-1 self-timer

I have an FS-1 which (according to the review on this site) has a self-timer, but I don't see any obvious way to get the self-timer to work. It does have the little window on the front of the camera where the warning light presumably blinks. What's the trick? How do you get the self-timer to work?

Thanks, Steve

FS-1 Self Timer

Press the clear window on the front of the camera in. The light will start to blink slowly, then faster, then very fast. You have 10 seconds after you press on the window. You have two seconds when the light blinks very fast. If you need to cancel the self timer, press on the window again.

Try it out.
