Professor Newman asked us to discuss amongst ourselves the question of taking the exam on computers. I thought this might provide a good forum for doing so. Please contribute your opinion, even if only to vote for or against the idea.

Computerized Exam

I'm in a rush so this will be brief. Due to the fairness and distraction issues i belive it would be inappropriate to take the exams on our computers. I am still unclear as to how they ensure that excess info does not go into the exam via the computers...I also believe all the editing options on a computer are time consuming to the user.
