Same problem different verse. I find that PosterShop 4.2 can not print either PermaChrome or EnduraChrome inks in AutoInk mode. Although the old pigmented inks will print in 4 color mode (while sharing the print head with EnduraChrome inks) the same can not be said for the new series which replaced them. I can still "trick" the printer into 4 color dye printing by inserting wide gamut profilers, but I do not intend to purchase the remaining lights and mediums for the new pigment series. How far away is firmware or a patch to solve this oversight? Once again I'm forced to abandon PosterShop in favor of my ColorSpan RIPStation. I also use ScanVec Inspire for our vinyl plotter operations. Has anyone heard how its RIP module performs? I'm about ready to try anything and I really wonder if a fix will arrive before my warranty on PosterShop runs out.
