My favorite Green Lanyrn moment ocurred when one of the Chili Pepper's ex-guitarists bowed at the feet of a corn-starched Animal during the crescendo of the his signature song, War Pigs by Black Sabbath. Although I was high off of the fumes of the smoke machine that I was running and delirious from the near by strobe lights operated by my fellow roadie, Schaefer, I can still remember the fitting tribute to yet another rock legend that burned twice as bright as any other star before his tragic demise.
