I am trying to put together a thesis project for a master's program in Sports Psychology at PUCCAMP university in Sao Paulo - Brazil and the subject that I would like to study is the effect of organizational structure and administration style in the motivation level and performance of high level athletes.

Here in Brazil there are only a few solid organizations that maintain teams of different sports. The other organizations are seasonal and survive from one year to the next. This fact causes, in my opinion, a feeling of unsecurity on athletes.

I would appreciate any info related to these aspects mentioned above.
