Is Cyber Space truely a revolutionary new public art space if it is not easily accessible for a wider "public"?

Im not sure what sort of revolution you have in mind - transformation sometimes takes a bit more time than anyone would want to fit within the framework of a revolution - maybe the word you're looking for is 'evolutionary' and in case it is, I think the 'public' is a constantly evolving beast.
