Jim, I did a search on yahoo for electric utilities and found bangor hydor (BGR) there. Their profile is found on this page: http://biz.yahoo.com/p/b/bgr.html From the profile click on "SEC Filings" and then on "Edgar Online". From there you can select their latest 10Q.

I also found Maine Public Service Company (MAP) which seems to service Northern Maine: http://biz.yahoo.com/p/m/map.html

I also found a list of ALL electric utilites listed on the NYSE, AMEX, and NASDQ. Maybe someone else can make use of this: http://biz.yahoo.com/research/indgrp/util_elec_pwr.html
