The Covey book was an inspiring and motivational book. It helps put focus and attention back on family values. Principle Centered Leadership helps people set goals for the self, family and work. The priorities center on the individual and once the individuals compass is pointed in the right direction the rest will fall successfully in place. An excellent book and easy reading.
