Anyone used the Baker Digital Reference Library?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Discount Christian Software & Books : One Thread

Baker Books has a collection that focuses on apologetics called the Baker Digital Reference Library. The key authors are Walter Elwell for commentaries plus David A. Reed and John R. Farkas for apologetics. (http://www.bakerbooks.com/bytes/bdrl1.html)

Does anyone have knowledge of these authors or this package?

If so, I'd be interested in your comments.

Thanks.

Tom,

The Baker System uses the Logos Library System and is totally compatable with Nelson and Logos systems.

We have not had a chance to get them on our web site yet, But we do offer them for substantial discounts off the publisher's price.

Contact us for pricing.

Tom, I did a little searching and reading, I found this: "John Farkas is a former Mormon leader and David Reed is president of Gospel Truth Ministries, an organization that helps Christians understand cults". You should be able to find Gospel Truth Ministries to get more info. In looking over the emphasis of the liturature provided it appears that the people putting together this bundle of liturature are most capable in the area of debunking cults and re-educating in Biblical truths. Randall P.S. I found some great liturature while searching through the sites! Amazing how good God is at giving us just what we need!
