A month or so ago, someone asked if anyone had seen battery operated carbon monoxide detectors. By chance, I saw two today. Home Depot has one for just under $20, and Shopko has a combo (fire & CO) for under $40. Hope that helps whoever was looking.

The battery-operated CO detectors are junk. We bought one and it only lasted 9 months. The battery replacements are $30. Buy a 110.
