Regular UPS. Bulk freight usually takes longer, but I did not inquire as to ship times on this.

Why not get it from highway To Health, a discount Alpine Foods supplier? Only took me about two and a half months to get mine. I think they give 15-20% discount. Don't remember exact %. Their email address is hth@earthlink.net.They have the lowest price of vitamin supply I have seen.
