Anyone know how to home roast their own coffee beans or suggest a source of the info?

I have roasted soy beans and peanuts, by simply spreading them out on the cookie sheet and roasting them in the oven at 350 until they were done.

We have often roasted our own green coffee beans in a sautee/frying pan on the stove. Takes about 10-15 minutes, medium heat, just keep stirring, until they are dark brown. Works great, though it smokes a bit.
