I read a "best industry" paper on Allstate Insurance from the CSWT 1995 Proceedings. The paper highlighted lessons learned and gave insight on forming teams within the workplace. I would like to contact a team member from Allstate. The article listed several people from the "Team Advancement Group," however I have no phone numbers. Our company is very interested in implementing Customer Account Teams. I need advice from people who've been there! Help!
