I'm building a page on a test site (www.nancekivell.com/nu-core) and my client says the frames are not working properly on IE 4 on PC only. It seems to work fine for him everywhere else. I've checked it on all 3 and 4 browsers. Feel free to look at the code, I'm goin CRAZY?
