How should we calculate zakat on a self directed IRA account, where a withdrawl is subject to income tax and penalty. Should we pay zakat on the total amount of the IRA from other (more liquid) funds if they exist? If more liquid funds cannot cover the amount to be paid can we wait until we have such funds? Thank you.
