Are you located anywhere near Makaha? I am wondering because whenever I stayed on Oahu I liked to stay at what was then the Makaha Valley Inn and Resort. I thought it was the most beautiful place on Oahu and off the beaten path.

Nope...We're actually on opposite sides of the island of Oahu. It's about a hour drive from where we are.
