Football, baseball, basketball are just like on the mainland. Surfing, windsurfing, paddling, and free diving are big ones here locally.

One Paddle - Two Paddle - Three Paddle - Four. Outrigger canoe racing. You've never been in a true race until you've tried this one. Very different from auto racing - trust me on this one. You should definitely know how to swim the swim (currents too) - stroke the stroke - and get used to sitting on hard seats - and of course working with the team - cause without them - you're not going anywhere. If you can get this far - then you can start to prep yourself for the Molokai Channel! To relax in between you can play volleyball!!!
