WHICH ISLAND HAS THE MOST FLOWERS IE:CONSIDERED THE GARDEN ISLAND?

All the islands have about the same amount/type of flowers. There are only a few that you would find on one island and not the other. Kauai is called the "Garden Island" and is the oldest island.
