My friend said you folks have the biggest cockroaches he's ever seen. How big are they. He also said they fly, is this right?

Sure do have the biggest and they do fly. I think they are the Madera cockroach which grow up to 2 1/2 - 3 inches. Like everybody else, cockroaches love the warm weather and thrive like crazy 8))
