Try this site, The Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau (http://www.visit.hawaii.org/). This is one of the best sites to start from. It has a calendar of events where you plug in the dates and you tell it what kind of activities events you are looking for. It has info on accomodations, transportaion, etc.
