What is the real estate market like there? (Slow-fast moving)

Right now it's a buyer's market. Prices have been slowly coming down, but are still pretty high so buyer's are being pretty cautious. Since the average cost of a home is about 325,000 on Oahu, it makes for some interesting financing and deals.
