Stock Market bubble is not sustainable. The increase in money supply has been pumped into stocks. Foreign investors flee into safe haven. Net outflow including trade deficit could exceed $300 Billion.

A good article by Pat Buchanan discusses the pending stock market crash at

Loans by the IMF to foreign countries have delayed the defaults, and the flood of cheap inports will harm the U S economy. Soybeans from Brazil will be 30% cheaper and further hurt our farmers, cheap steel, cars, electronics, clothes etc. will further damage U S manufacturers, and the money created by the Fed went into the stock market. This is demonstrated by the close correlation of the value of the stock market with the increase in the money supply. If this had not happened, inflation here would have been higher. The consumer thinks that the high stock market will be there to help pay off their consumer debts. Foreign investments in the U S stockmarket are also a factor. These investors were looking for a safe haven. When confidence in the U S declines, and these people start pulling their money out watch out below. The interesting thing is that this article by this former presidental candidate does not even mention the Y2k problem. He is apparently not a believer like Bob Dole as confirmed by Cory. It is safe to assume that the problems discussed in his article will come to pass. The dollar will fall, the stock market will fall and these events will trigger a crisis. Everyone can not get through the exits at the same time. Time is running out. The crisis will happen. The question is when? Answer: no later than late 1999.

"He is apparently not a believer like Bob Dole as confirmed by Cory."

Pat is very careful how he words things. He has a very conservative Nationalist agenda (a rare and precious find!), but is careful to remain in the "mainstream".

He is taking on the world fighting the New World Odor (spelling?). Y2K would eliminate any credibility he has left.

"the New World Odor (spelling?)"

Yes you spelled that right, it does stink ;-)
