For a first time visitor, other than Oahu, which island (one or two) would suggest they visit?

Answers

It all depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for shopping, state of the art hospitals, tourist, night, life, lots of people and some secluded places, than Oahu is for you. If you like hiking, outdoors, and no night life, than Kauai is for you. If you'd like a median of Oahu and Kaui, Maui is for you. If you are looking for the life style of the 30's and 40's, then Molokai or Lanai is for you. Lastly, if you like wide open spaces, hunting, fishing, and farming, then the Big Island is for you.
