Are there rocky shoreline without on one or two sides of all the islands, or only the larger islands?

Not quite sure what you're asking, but there definitely are rocky shorelines that drop off into the deep blue on each island. A lot of fishermen go there. For ulua fishing, they cast from shore into depths of 100+ feet.
