Unable to run trains in group A or B with hand held throttle. Several members of our club have Command 2000 at home but have difficulty in reprogramming after running our trains on dixitrax big boy at club. Seems instructions on programming groups A and B are incomplete in MRC instructions. no problems in eprogramming throttles 1, 2 and 3 but unable to get engines to respond on tghrottles 4 and 5.

hi, I went through the same problem as the instructions are hard to understand at times I had to read them a number of times before I figured it out. Look on page 4 of the instructions under section 3. Set the set switch to set2 and do as it tells you in the instructions and when you have finished programming then move the set to set 1. The problem I have found with the instructions is that is jumps back and forth and you REALLy meed to read carefully. Hope this helps, if not let me know nd I will try and help you out The MRC 2000 is a great device but the instructions are not. Gordon

mrc handheld throttle only can be used as throttle group a #7 & #8 or group b #9 & #10.
