I need a good commercial machine for my coffee bar. I have experience on an old two group lever actuated gaggia, so I'm looking for similar, since they make a superior cup...thanks! also want a good grinder, or two....

i would stick to manual operated machines, like the lever machines. i own an espresso machine rental business with over 60 machines out on sites.unless you have a good engineer with parts back up, i would stick with a lever model. all my stuff is in the uk so i probably cant help.automatics are fine until the transformer burns out on the mother board or the dosage counters get wet or block, let alone when a key pad gets wet and goes berserk.i use gaggia italia equipment and rancilio.DO NOT USE GAGGIA ESPAGNOLA its bad news.as for grinders, use mazzer or RIO as they are known over here, i own 60 mazzers, and have a shed full of everyone elses that are dead.
