(HIGH) Users logging into the admin tool w/o authenticating should not be given access to (or even see) the Passwords tab that determines the orclAdmin, guest, and proxy user passwords.

Answers

The superuser/proxy password is not displayed in clear text if the user logs in as anonymous using the admin tool. I dont we should disable anonymous logins from seeing password tabs because anyway they can only see username.
