I'm Dan Feinberg's mom and I met all (many) of you at Dan and Tony's graduation from Haverford. I recently finished reading the novel MIDWIVES, by Chris Bohjalian, and noticed that he lives in Lincoln, Vermont. Since Dan has a life subscription to NEWSGEMS, I knew that this was a local boy who hit it big!! I loved the book, and thought that I could write something about it, or perhaps ask a question or two through Newsgems, and Mary could speak to the author and print the answers. I live just five miles- and work just a few blocks- from the White House in Washington, but I want the news from downtown Lincoln!
