The article raises an issue that I have been thinking about myself of late. All the focus seems to be directed with entities fixing their internal systems and then considering the impacts of supplier failure and maybe their customers. That's about as far as it goes. There doesn't appear to be any thought given beyond these entities. I think it goes beyond employees. I think it extends into communities. I think that it's about time that an initiative was taken that gave credence to the fact that communities need to be addressing this problem and making preparations likewise.

I have yet to see a company take a socially responsible stand. Pathetic. Thanks for the link.
