Secondly i want to ask a quest. if i may: I installd the s-mart on my server and everything work great except 2 things 1.Even the buy2 http://www.domain-mail.net/cgi-bin/store/s-mart.cgi?command=buy2 shows that everything is ok - the sale do not apear at the TMP dir... 2.When i try to add the ITEM ID to a new item it does not accept the ID and the ITEM.ID keep does not update. http://www.domain-mail.net/cgi-bin/store/smartadmin.cgi?command=add Many thanks for your reply...and by the way i work under NT4-IIS4 how can i get cookie.lib? Answers

Sounds to me like the "tmp" directory does not have correct permissions. Make sure permissions are set to "777" to allow the script to write the cart data there.
