Oh, BTW, I was on TV today (or, Thus speaks Drew :)

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

It's probably too late to catch it for most of you, but I was on the show (The 700 Club) briefly with Pat & Terry (the show's co-host) today, discussing the Senate report. It will air at 11 pm Eastern on the Fox Family Channel, and again I think at 2 am Eastern. I didn't say much- just be sure to get the report for yourself, etc. They posted a pretty accurate transcript on our site (I didn't even know about it until I just stumbled over it by accident a few moments ago) while idly surfing as (okay, I admit it- I needed a break) I watched... I watched... (*sigh*)... Monica... Anyway, the transcript of my brief semi-coherent (and not comprehensive) ramblings is at:

Drew says the status of the FAA is "up in the air"! Boy, I like that.

Hi Drew! I posted on another thread that I had watched The 700 Club this morning, and that you were encouraging people to read the WHOLE report. Thanks for all of the work you are doing to help with awareness!

Gayla,

Did you post that on this forum? I mentioned that (about the executive summary) because Chris Mitchell mentioned as I was going into the studio that Bruce Webster had made a point along those lines in his e-mail analysis of the Senate report (which I posted here on the forum earlier today). I didn't watch it (I virtually never watch myself on the replay, because I hate to watch myself on TV- yick), so I don't remember everything I said. I didn't get to say a few things I wanted to (which is normal), but there will be other shows...

Drew, yes, it was on this forum. I think it was on the "35 pages" thread. One thing that made me chuckle was when you told Pat how many hours you've spent researching all of this. His expression was funny! :-)

But Sir Drew of the Parkhill - true, it is always important to have more things to discuss than time to discuss them - this is a good way to avoid the embarressment of drawing a blank looks when the red light is on.

However, it is more important to leave the host pleased with your performance, still wanting to get you back on air so you have time the next time to keep rambling on ... fording onward and upward...dodging the slings and arrows of rightous jeeps bouncing past as they jimmie their way into ever tighter mounds of crushed chevies.

Drew,

Good job. Sorry I missed the funny expression.

Just watched the 60 Minutes II special on Chernobyl -- the other political bombshell. Far more hot than M.L.

Coupled with the CIA report to the Senate Armed Services Committee, and linked with info in the Senate Report, I have only one question to ask...

Can we get off this planet now?

Diane, I'm working on it.

BTW, anyone know where I can buy some element 115? (sorry, ufologist in joke.)
