When I opened the thread entitled "BAA...BAA...Quiet you Sheep ! (Bill, y2kbill@hotmail.com, 1999-03-03)", an applet opened which locked up my browser (MSIE 3.0). CTRL ALT DEL End Task closed the browser down, nothing else wrong that I know of.

That one needs to be removed.

Tom:

First, update to IE 3.03/SP1 or 4.01/SP1. You can get both from Microsoft downloads. It runs the script instead of hanging your machine.

Second, consider turning off Java/Javascript/ActiveX (View-Options-Security), and you won't see this turkeys attempt at humor. Most sites work just fine with these turned off, however you may miss some "details" at some sites. You can always turn back on when needed and hit the refresh button.

Hey ...sorry for my post but sick of all the foolish bitching and complaining on this site. Questions like "How long will we be without water?" WHO THE HELL KNOWS ? People are here telling us they are GI'S but now doubt the need to save themselfs because the senate report tells us it is ok !
