Recently, in this discussion forum there have been concerns about what would happen to us if our bill payments (mortgages) didn't arrive on time, resulting in bad things.

The Cassandra Project now has a linke to documents (pdf format) that we can download and submit to our government representatives.

Keep in mind that the "Know Your Customer" proposal was defeated, in part, but public outrage.
