Need help on workout

I need some help starting a new program...to give you kind of an idea I swam 200 meters tonight and rested in between each 25...I was beat..Hope someone can help..email if you can.

Jason- don't forget that an important part of any workout is to warm-up and warm-down your body. Add sets that work on isolating strokes and kicks, alternate timed sprints with easy paces to give your body a chance to regroup. A workout also can be designed around you body, such as arms one day and legs the next. Check out swimmming workouts under the USS (United States Swimming) web page. Good luck!
