Looking for good 35mm and 4x5 b/w darkroom facility in Singapore. Not keen on becoming a member of some complex photo-club with infinite bureaucracy. Any help in pointing me to a good resource is immensely appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe you can try Boon Lay CC. They have a darkroom for rental which is quite well equipped. Just bring your own chemicals and papers.
