Here in Connecticut is a shop called Books About Antiques, located in New Preston. Try calling them at 860/868-1611, if a site like Amazon.com or Barnes and Noble doesn't work out - the latter two should have that guide.

The Reference Rack (PO Box 445, Orefield, PA 18069) always lists the current issue in their list, that will be the '99-'00 edition due out about now. On the web at if that helps.
