Wuddabout Large Synergistic Solar Passive Greenhouses?

To collaborate in partnership either with or including gov't, business, and non-profits, the mass construction of large (10,000 sq.ft) synergistic, self-sustaining, solar-passive greenhouses in the model developed by Anna Edey of Martha's Vineyard, Mass. in the 80's. Utilizing wasted, urban areas, possibly nat'l guard (for construction), P. Ziegler's, cutting edge, methods of growing, called "aeroponics", vertical gardening, with nutrient fed looped tubing.

These are pretty complicated for the average Joe and in most parts of the country they will overheat without a lot of electric power from Mar. 1 till Nov. 30. Individual lean-to greenhouses are a more doable item. see my web page for a "plan" for survival greenhouse. Its part of a school project and the last photo is on page 4. Hi, thanks for your response. I appreciate the beautiful work you are doing. I love your ideas. There is a couple of assumptions, about what I had in mind, that are incorrect. The first about the complicated for the average joe. Is not really a problem because Anna Edey wrote a book which I bought for $30 which explains the greenhouse, also she is available for consultation. She had hers built entirely from volunteers who came from all over the world just to help build it. And secondly, the ventilation is all thought through where it is built in so that it happens without electicity, in a passive way. But I think yours is just as viable, maybe easier, cheaper. I'm only interested in the best, most effective ways to help neighborhoods and communities truly become self-sustainable before 2000. I want to include this great effecient method of growing vertically with nutrient looped-tubing called aeroponics, developed by Peter Ziegler who is here in the Bay Area. I'm hoping cities will start building these soon. Need models to be a model for everywhere. And needs to be done soon for winter harvest. Need financial partnering to get it going. Do you have any ideas? I'm looking for a partnership between gov't., business, and non-profits as ideal. This idea is for community contingency for y2k, that should be built in urban areas throughout the U.S. and world. To create plenty of organic vegetables for people at a much lower cost. This system is self-sustainable and the most efficient method to grow huge amounts of vegetable in the known world. No shipping costs or middleman. Makes neighborhoods more resilient in case of disaster. Sponsorship is all that is lacking. The expertise is available thru Anna Edey and Peter Ziegler. They take less than one month to build, need no soil. Its all been thoroughly thought through and done. Lets circumvent this sick, exploitative, wasteful, expensive, brittle, harmful agribusiness, bullshit like an aikido master by putting these up. Does anyone have the resources, know-how to get the resources, or contacts to help make this happen very soon, if we want to harvest this winter. I have all the details. Everything I do, calls for collaboration. I am the magician who is an expert at Nothing, to conjure up things from the hole of the bagel, I need magic. Now, I wave my wand and simply put out the thought. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
