With regard a person who receives an alert and then forwards it to a friend or to a whole list. A major problem arises:

If the person who receives it as a forward clicks on the link to respond over the web, they will be in the original person's workspace! They can go in and edit the person's record, change the password, remove the person, etc. If they reply to the letter, the letter will be sent from the original person, not them anyway. Somewhere it needs to be made clear that the alert should not be forwarded because it will not work, instead forward just the background info and the sample letter and ask folks not signed on to call or write on their own and put in a note about signing up to be on the system, so they can respond directly next time. Other solutions?
