Issue:Access to Blue Skies website!!

Sorry,Steve, but some of us are still cyber-illiterate and still apprehensive about comprehending the technology involved here Perhaps a suggestion might be in order here.........a workshop on site(in situ????)dealing with the fundamentals of Web usage and how to access this particular web site. Since there are obvious holes in my technical knowledge,this would definitely qualify as a hole-istic workshop. Further discussion is in order regarding how widely this address should be disseminated.ACCESS TO ALL!!
