I'd like procedures for deleting a photo from the homepage and to know how many photos are allowed.

Once you've uploaded a photo to your homepage, you can get rid of it by uploading another photo over it. To do that, just go in to your Workspace and choose 'add a photo'. Then follow the directions to add a photo. The new photo will replace the old one.
