Editing a trip

I am trying to edit my itinerary. I was filling in the various boxes using copy and paste. I simply typed an a in each box to stop if defaulting. When I try to save changes when I enter the real itinerary I get a response that connection with server has been reset. I have tried several times with no success. It doesn't happen when I change other things. Hence I currently have a trip without an itinerary shown, but can't get it to stick.

Usually when you get a message saying that the connection to the server has been reset, it means that there is something wrong with your connection to the internet.

However, since you were only having trouble with the itinerary section, it might be something else. Why don't you try it again, and if it doesn't work, email me at chad@greentravel.com

part of your question, Chad already answered. But, since you brought it up, let me add one other thing. When upgrading from Basic to Elite, your trips will only become available upon completion of all paperwork. As soon as that has been taken care of, your trips will become available.
